I graduated from the Singapore Management University (SMU)
Under Rule 5A of the Legal Profession (Qualified Persons) Rules, you are a “qualified person” if you fulfil ALL the following requirements:
(a) You were admitted as a candidate for the degree of Bachelor of Laws or Doctor of Jurisprudence by the Singapore Management University;
(b) You passed the final examination for that degree; and
(c) You attained a grade point average of at least 3.00 in the course of study leading to that degree.
Note
Please note that if you are unable to meet one or more of the above requirements, you are not a "qualified person". You may wish to consider other alternatives.
