Public consultation on various aspects of legal professional practice

The Board of Directors of the Singapore Institute of Legal Education is seeking feedback on a compulsory continuing professional development scheme for members of the legal profession who hold practising certificates.

Members are also invited to comment on proposed refinements to Part B of the Singapore Bar Course & Examinations and entrance examinations for foreign lawyers seeking to practise in limited areas of corporate law in Singapore.
