Deputy Secretary (Law), Mr Hugh Lim, met with the Chief Justice of the United Republic of Tanzania, Hon Judge Augustino Stephen Lawrance Ramadhani, on 20 January 2010.
The delegation, comprising court judges and officials from the Tanzanian Judicial Service Commission, was briefed on the Ministry of Law's role and involvement in the legislation process as well as the Ministry's relation to the courts and judicial system.
