What MinLaw Does
The Ministry of Law plays three key roles:
- Oversees the development of Singapore’s legal system to ensure a sound legal infrastructure and develop Singapore into a world-class legal services hub
- Reviews and formulates policies to optimise Singapore’s land resources and create new value through innovative solutions
- Develops policies and practices to establish Singapore as a vibrant intellectual property hub.
The Ministry of Law also comprises these agencies:
